By using TrueGeoIP services, you agree to these Terms. If you access services on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Service Scope
TrueGeoIP provides IP intelligence, geolocation, ASN enrichment, and analytics features through a web interface and API. Service outputs are provided on a best-effort basis and may vary by source coverage and network behavior.
3. Privacy and Compliance Responsibilities
Our Privacy Policy describes our processing obligations. You are responsible for your own downstream compliance obligations under applicable laws and regulations when you use service data in your systems.
4. Acceptable Use
- No abuse, denial-of-service, automated misuse, or attempts to bypass limits.
- No unlawful processing or use that infringes privacy, intellectual property, or export rules.
- No unauthorized access attempts against platform infrastructure.
5. Security Commitments
We maintain technical and organizational controls aligned with enterprise standards and control families (including ISO/IEC 27001 style controls, SOC 2 trust principles, and NIST-oriented risk management practices).
6. Billing and Suspension
Paid subscriptions renew under your selected billing cycle unless canceled. We may suspend or terminate access for payment failures, abuse, legal requirements, or material breaches of these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The service, software, branding, and documentation are protected by intellectual property law. Your plan grants limited usage rights and does not transfer ownership.
8. Disclaimers and Liability
Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, and business interruption.

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
